In this
position, they are looking for a mix of strategic vision with tactical
execution/oversight capabilities. The successful person will have an
opportunity to positively impact the organization’s ability to grow and
mature. Technical vision; project leadership; people development; strategic
sourcing; relationship management; and consultative needs assessment are all
skill required.
Experience with
object-oriented design, component-based development with reuse (especially
.Net), application design patterns, software build management, template
adoption and standard development practices. 3G/4GL languages such as C/C++
and VB.Net. Also needed are strong relationship building, interpersonal and
communication skills. Analytical and problem solving capability. Ability
to coach and mentor. Tough negotiator and decision maker.
