Director of Technology Infrastructure
Our client is looking for a strong leader who
has the vision and initiative needed identify and seek out best practices
for the corporate technology infrastructure team. They administer direct
marketing, information and customer service programs on behalf of corporate
clients throughout North America. For more than 25 years, they have created
programs that facilitate customer acquisition and retention, brand
enhancement, customer service and satisfaction, and cross-sell product
development.
This is an excellent opportunity to set
strategic direction for both the infrastructure team as well as the overall
Technology for the organization. Key responsibilities will include
achievement of Technology Availability; redesign of database architecture;
disaster recovery/business continuity plan and build-out; voice and data
network optimization; ensure appropriate levels of database, hardware,
network and application security; application and desktop support
optimization; people development and effective resource/team management;
enhanced and timely communications across the business and to clients
Prime expertise required includes; Technical
vision; project leadership; people development; strategic sourcing;
relationship management; consultative needs assessment experience; proven
track record of business value creation. Significant experience with PBX
switch design, configuration and optimization as well as voice and data
network management.
